Front desk
At the reception you can find information on the surroundings, rental of fire bowls (deposit required), bicycle rental, fishing permits and walking and cycling routes.
Library
On our site you will find a small library at the reception. These books or magazines can be taken for free or exchanged with one of your own books.
Animation
Spread over the grounds can be found; a jeux de boules court, soccer field / volleyball, play equipment and table tennis.
Restaurant
On the campsite there is a small foodtruck where you can enjoy delicious coffee (also to go), drinks, various ice creams, fries & snacks and other delicacies.
Opening hours;
our foodtruck is closed for the winterseason. We will reopen as of the 29th of March 2024.
Sanitary
There is a sanitary building adjacent to the restaurant building on the classic campsite. This is the large bathroom and has 4 showers and 4 toilets per side (men and women). There is also a washing machine, dryer and children’s bath with changing table. In addition, there is a covered dishwashing area on the outside. At the rear of the building there is a chemical toilet dump. The garbage can also be found at this sanitary building.
Our newest sanitary building can be found at the entrance of the campsite on the classic camp. Here you’ll find 2 showers + 2 toilets for Men and 2 showers + 2 toilets for Woman. At this sanitarybuilding there is also a special Bathroom for families/people with disabilities. In addition, there is a covered dishwashing area on the outside. At the rear of the building there is also a chemical toilet dump.
We offer a Camper Service Station next to our newest sanitary building, near the entrance of the campsite.
🌊 Great news for water lovers: reopening of Freibad Kyllburg in 2026!
If everything goes according to plan, the neighboring public swimming pool will reopen in May/June 2026. A wonderful place to cool down, play, and relax on warm days.
Entrance to the swimming pool is currently not included in the camping price. As soon as more information about entrance fees and options becomes available, we will of course inform you after your reservation.
Whether our new bridge will already be fully completed this summer remains a bit of a suspense. Until then, reaching the pool is an adventure in itself: cross the river at low water levels, drive by car, or enjoy a walk through the picturesque town of Kyllburg. The swimming fun starts on the way!

No worries – even without the swimming pool, there are plenty of ways to cool off. Place your chair in the river or float downstream on an air mattress… The Kyll River offers water fun for young and old alike.
